This affinity gel is made by coupling a high-quality murine IgG2b monoclonal antibody to a 4% highly cross-linked agarose matrix, ensuring excellent stability and performance. It offers high binding capacity (≥1.1 mg/mL gel) for FLAG-tagged fusion proteins with minimal non-specific binding.

Ideal for immunoprecipitation and affinity purification, it efficiently captures proteins fused with N-terminal, C-terminal, or Met-modified FLAG tags.
