Dr Vincent Mutel

Vincent Mutel got his PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Paris VI Jussieu in 1987. He joined F. Hofmann-La Roche in 1989 and held various positions in the organization and got broad experience in drug development, from screening through to entry into human. He finally became Head of the Pharmacology Group in the Central Nervous System diseases department in Basel for several years and was a member of the Board of Research Area Heads contributing to strategy setting for the F.Hoffmann-La Roche CNS Research Department. Vincent left Roche at the end of 2001 and, together with three other founders, created Addex Pharmaceuticals S.A. in May 2002 in Geneva.
